Oven cleaner in a convenient chemical resistant 1L spray bottle. This cleaner will help you remove fat / grease from your oven.
 
Simply spray and leave for a few minutes, agitate if needed and rinse with water. 
 
For thicker deposits of fat repeated application might be required, alternatively use a scrapper to remove the thicker burnt fat first, then finish with the spray.
